Toler Place is a community of 24 Townhomes, and 66 Self-Storage units, located just north of Texas 183 (the Airport Freeway) and O'Connor Road in Irving, Texas. We rent Townhomes, when they become available, and self-storage units to the public. We usually have lots of storage space available for lease, easily accessible from 8 am to 8 pm. Maintenance for drips, leaks and the sort is provided by Toler Place. We also maintain the landscaping outside of the fencing; inside is your responsibility, and you are required to maintain it to city code requirements and with grass not any higher than seven inches. Trash disposal is convenient; it is by the center of the parking lot. Electricity, gas and water are the responsibility of each tenant, as well as cable TV connections. Toler Place does not permit satellite TV or outside antennas. Toler Place does not provide refrigerators. The maximum occupany for each townhome is four. No more than four persons over 18 months of age may occupy a townhome more than 14 nights in a month. At the current time, high speed Internet is available in two forms to the community: (1) fiber optic; and (2) cable.
