Toler Place
Toler Place is a community of 24 townhomes and 66 self-storage units in Irving, Texas.

Each townhome is on a single story, with the same interior layout. All contain 1,150 square feet of space and have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. They also have separate dining rooms and kitchens, as well as washer/dryer connections and wood burning fireplaces. The maximum occupany for each townhome is four. No more than four persons over 18 months of age may occupy a townhome more than 14 nights in a month.

Each bedroom has ample closet space, and each unit has a patio off its front door. Almost all of the townhomes have a sideyard of approximately 8 feet by 10 feet. The community is at the dead-ends of two streets in a single family residential neighborhood, and thus, the neighborhood is very quiet.

The self-storage units are available in two sizes. The larger units are 9.5 feet by 21 feet; the smaller units are 5 feet by 8 feet. All are accessible at street level 24 hours a day. There are no complicated gates to open to gain access; just a simple, direct drive in and out.

Toler Place is close to shopping areas (within one minute) and shopping malls (within five minutes) and is only one minute away from major expressways that lead to downtown Dallas, downtown Fort Worth and the DFW Airport, which is only seven minutes away.
